Spring Poster Project
You are approached by a client, Eastside Memorial High School, which wants you to create a recruiting poster that highlights the best in-class and extra-curricular elements of the school. The client has several design requests that you must meet:
1. You must use the school’s paws logo and the Panther profile logo in your work.
2. The background must be black or silver, though you are not limited with respect to color to the school’s colors of black and silver.
3. The poster should include the school’s full name “Eastside Memorial High School,” and the slogan, “the pride of the East side” somewhere in the work.
4. You must use at least three photos in your work, and make them various sizes. At least one must show students and teachers interacting in the classroom.
Directions: In Photoshop, create a poster in landscape layout. Download to your desktop a folder from the shared drive (SLO project) that contains eight randomly selected photos from Eastside life. Choose three and incorporate them into your poster, meeting requirements 1-4 listed above.
The school logo and the Panther logo will also be available in the shared drive. Download them and use them as you wish.
Text fonts and styles will be your choice.
You will be graded on a 100-point scale that will assess fidelity to the assignment, completeness and creativity.
